Our goal to become a great company depends on the people we attract and keep at our organization. The Prometheus team has been growing rapidly for the last four years and we now have nearly 60 committed people. Management Team

Kirt W. Montague - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Montague is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and a Member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Prometheus in 2003, Mr. Montague was a founder and managing shareholder of Romero Montague P.S., a boutique business law firm located in Bellevue, Washington. Mr. Montague has a degree in Business Management and Finance from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

 

John A. Barclay - Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Barclay is the Company’s Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for the continued development and advancement of the Company’s current suite of technology. He also is responsible for leading the advancement of new energy technologies. Dr. Barclay has over 30 years of experience as an academic and research development leader in the field of cryogenics. He received his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.

 

Maryam Ayati - VP of Business Development

Ms. Ayati leads the Company’s business development and deal-making efforts. She joined the Company after 8 years at Royal Dutch Shell, where she last served as the Clean Energy and New Business Development Manager based out of Doha, Qatar. She originated and led the establishment of Shell Gas and Power International’s techno-commercial clean energy portfolio based on the Group’s leading natural gas and LNG expertise. Ms. Ayati has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles with specialization in International Relations and Russian Studies.
